Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Refund Policy

At RepoReady, we offer a free trial period allowing all users to test the full capabilities of our AI tools before purchasing. Because of this, and the high cost of running AI inference, all purchases of RepoReady Pro (Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime) are final and non-refundable.

We highly encourage you to utilize the free trial to ensure the product meets your needs before upgrading to a paid plan.

2. Exceptions

We may offer a full or partial refund at our sole discretion under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • You were charged multiple times for a single transaction due to a technical error.
  • You upgraded but your account was not granted Pro access, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours.

3. Cancellation of Plans

If you purchased a time-limited pass (e.g., Pro Monthly or Pro Yearly), your access will automatically expire at the end of the billing period. There are no auto-renewing subscriptions at this time. You will only be charged once for the specific time period you selected.

Therefore, you do not need to manually "cancel" a recurring subscription to prevent future charges. To stop using the service, simply let your plan expire.

If you wish to delete your account entirely before your pass expires, you may do so by contacting support. Note that deleting your account will instantly revoke your Pro access without a prorated refund.
